What helps us reply quickly
For a professional building: the approximate roof area, the type of substrate (steel deck, bitumen membrane, EPDM, PVC), the postcode of the site and, if you have them, your last twelve months of electricity consumption. For a consultation: the tender file and the submission deadline.

Before you write
What is the best way to reach you for a roof project?
The free roof study request online: it gives us the roof area, the building type and the postcode straight away, and triggers the satellite measurement. You receive a reply within 48 working hours. By phone, we answer Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm (Paris time).
Where are you based, and do you work near me?
Our head office is in Saint-Laurent-d’Agny, in the Rhône department, about thirty kilometres south-west of Lyon. Our teams work anywhere in mainland France and Corsica; beyond 250 km they stay on site for the duration of the works.
Do you answer tenders and consultations?
Yes. We provide the test reports (SRI, reflectance, Broof(t3) fire rating), the technical data sheets, the ten-year insurance certificate, a technical memorandum and references that can be visited. Send the consultation file to contact@helios-coolroof.fr.
Do you work outside France?
Yes. Our teams also work in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva is about 150 km from our head office), in Belgium, in Luxembourg and in the French overseas departments (La Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana). For another country, write to us: we will tell you frankly whether we can take the project on.
