Measured result: Surface temperature halved
The context
A 1,000 m² steel deck warehouse in Marseille, in French climate zone H3: more than thirty days a year above 30 °C, a steel deck that exceeds 60 °C on the surface and teams working under this metal ceiling. The PrimaTherm® system was applied in four layers.
The results
Surface temperature halved, comfort for the operators, goods preserved. For an air-conditioned warehouse in zone H3, the reduction in air-conditioning consumption can reach 25 to 40 %; for a warehouse without air conditioning, the gain lies in comfort and in the durability of the deck.
