The context
EGGER Pompes Turo is the French subsidiary of the Swiss pump manufacturer Emile Egger. In La Verpillière, in the Isère department, its workshop and office building is covered with a steel deck that overheated every summer. In April 2026, Hélios treated 400 m² of roof with the 4-layer PrimaTherm® reflective system, without interrupting the site’s activity.

What this project shows
- An ideal roof type: a smooth steel deck uses less primer (10 m²/L) and is quick to treat; cleaning, PH169 primer, PH107 reflective base coat in two passes, PH107TCL anti-soiling topcoat.
- A site in operation: application from the roof, drums and pump on the ground, only the hoses go up; no crane, no workshop shutdown.
- The system: solar reflectance 95 % (ASTM E903-12), emissivity 0.89 (ASTM C1371-15), SRI 120 (ASTM E1980), Broof(t3) fire rating; thickness check, monitoring sheet and as-built file handed over at acceptance.
